Things you need to know:
- Registration to the symposium is only possible via the online registration form.
- The number of participants is limited.
- Registration will remain open until noon CET on 23 July 2023 (or until the limit is reached).
- When you register, you declare your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR that the personal data collected here will be stored and processed for the purpose of holding this symposium and transmitting symposium-related information.
- Once a registration form is filled out and submitted, an automatic confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mail address given by the participant in the registration form. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct e-mail address. If you do not receive a confirmation letter, please first check your spam folder in your mailbox.
- Please bring the confirmation letter with you to the symposium and show it to the staff at the registration desk.
- Payment for your registration can only be made while filling out the registration and payment form. We use Paypal as payment service provider. You can pay with Paypal, credit card and SEPA direct debit.
- At the beginning of August, you will receive your ticket to the BUGA grounds in a separate e-mail. Please ensure you bring this with you too as you will need it for entrance to the grounds.
